We are a privately held investment firm investing our owner’s capital. We partner selectively with families, institutions and entrepreneurs who share our long-term horizon and our temperament for patient ownership.

The firm operates without the structural pressures of a third party fund. We have no quarterly performance targets to defend, no marketing cycle to raise capital and no benchmark to chase. We deploy capital when the opportunity is compelling and we wait, sometimes for long periods, when it is not.

Our remit is deliberately broad as long as we can understand the opportunity with a high level of conviction. We will only commit capital where we believe the expected return is outsize compared to the risk taken and the risk of permanent capital loss is minimal.
